Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Just925, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7days from the date of order arrival.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.

  • Sale goods and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

  • All items must be returned in resalable condition, in their original packaging.

  • Each receipt is eligible for one exchange only.

  • Exchanges are limited to size or equivalent value items. We do not process exchanges for different products.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) to be exchanged

    • Reason for exchange

    • Date available for courier pick-up (if applicable)

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original Just925 packaging.

  4. Send the parcel to:

The Just925 Online Store Shop 916-918, 9/F, Langham Place, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and safe delivery of the item(s).

Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will process the exchange.

  • The replacement item will be delivered to the original order address within 2–4 working days.

  • You will be notified by email once the exchange has been completed.
